Wildflower

I went on a field trip to a wilderness area with my camera club today. We hiked about 3 or 4 miles up and down hills, over rocks, through a stream (many times) and I can hardly move now. I can't even remember what the name of this flower is!

O M Gosh Elaine I can't believe I have missed so many of your posts!!!! I am back (hopefuly) and hope to keep up now.

I love your flower shots, the comparisons between black & white and color are great, make you think. I am glad you recorded the snake on the trail, we often get garter snakes here (common garden snakes) and I do the same, they are sometimes in the barn and I take them outside and then take pictures of them before letting them slither away LOL.

I will try to be a regular visitor from now on!!!
